If for any reason during this thirty-day trial period you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return these items for a complete refund to the original form of payment. Please follow the list below for initiating a return:
a. A return authorization number must be obtained from av123 within 30 days of receiving your product. The return authorization number (RA#) should accompany the returned items and be visible on the outside of all boxes. You may obtain a return authorization number by contacting sales@av123.com or by phone at (877) 543-7500 option 1.
b. Return authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issuance. We must receive the returned product back within this period. Items that are received after this period are subject to refusal or a restocking fee of 15%.
c. Items should be returned in the complete original packaging to ensure they will not be damaged in return transport. Any items returned in damaged condition will be subject to review before credit is issued. We recommend insuring all returned product with the carrier.
d. Items returned to us must be shipped pre-paid by the sender. Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

Construction
At AV123 sound quality is our #1 priority but we also think that a subwoofer does not have to be ugly to sound good. The MFW-15 is finished in your choice of several gorgeous real wood veneers from renewable resources or ultra-smooth Satin Black. We exclusively use real wood veneer or high quality paints on all our subwoofers. Even our black subwoofers stand out from the competition. Exceptionally smooth satin black is the norm here - not at all like the 'orange peel' finishes you see on many other subwoofers.
The cabinet is built from 25 and 18mm MDF with plenty of bracing. The port that you see so finely sculpted on the front of the enclosure wraps around the inside and is specially built to minimize turbulence. The stout construction translates into a pretty heavy cabinet but that in turn translates into less cabinet resonances and stored energy (cumulative spectral decay) which means what you put into the sub is what comes out and nothing more.
Power... and Control
The amplifier in the MFW-15 is a custom designed 350 watt beast. We include a full host of connection options: LFE, stereo line in/out and speaker level in/out. The gain, phase and crossover controls are oh-so conveniently located at the top of the rear cabinet panel for easy on the fly adjustments.
With excellent performance even in larger rooms, the MFW-15 is sure to please seasoned bass-heads. Of course there are those that always want more and with that in mind, we designed the MFW-15 to be easily stacked for greater performance. Try two or three or six :)

An amazing subwoofer for a great price. I purchased two in Moho de Rosa and was in awe when I opened the boxes. The finish on these are absolutely beautiful and the build quality is outstanding. Sound quality is superb, very musical and not at all boomy like my last sub. The sub can definitely go low and hits hard when asked. These subs rock!!!

This subwoofer is amazing, period. I have owned many subwoofers, including some very expensive ones and it is definitely at or near the top. Believe me, it embarrasses some subs costing 5 to 10 times the price!The Blu-ray of The Incredible Hulk is a torture test for even the finest subs and the MFW-15 handles it effortlessly. The sound cannons scene, in particular, can make many subs bottom out. Not so with these bad boys. I am now the proud owner of 2 MFW-15s and it is an experience to say the least. A fun, musical, articulate subwoofer with DEVASTATING bass when called upon. The best money I've spent on my home theater. Just buy one(or two)...you won't be disappointed!
